Endon wins “Best Kept Village and Community” award for North Staffordshire!
On Tuesday evening at the awards reception, Parish Councillors Graeme Cowles, who organised Endon's entry and Chairman Suzanne Sillitoe were delighted to be able to accept this fantastic award on behalf of all residents of this very special village of Endon.

The judging criteria had a 70% weighting towards community which really helped us. When you take the time to look around there are so many great things happening in Endon from our superb Village Hall, through the two churches with multiple clubs, societies and weekly activities. Add to that the two parks, two pubs, tennis, cricket and boat clubs, Scouts and Guides then we really are blessed.
These things don’t happen by accident either, Endon would be nothing without the countless hours of voluntary support given by a multitude of locals, all of whom care deeply about all things Endon. Thank you each and everyone of you.
So, congratulations Endon! A thoroughly well-deserved recognition!
